Two-blocking, LMI, and operator aids

Two-blocking is the block running into the tip. It wrecks rope and can drop the load. Anti-two-block is required on a lot of work; if it is dead, follow the alternative procedures or park it.

LMI is an aid. Green lights do not invent capacity that is not on the sheet.

Shift inspection includes devices, controls, rope, and leaks you can see. Monthly gets documented by a competent person.

Override switches are not a personality trait.
